We are University of Arizona graduates who share 40 years of working in social services.  In 2004, we decided that we wanted a change in our lives.  Since we love Mexico and have been traveling there for 30 years, we made a permanent move to Mazatlán.  We bought a small historic home in Centro with the intention of moving in 2 years.  After frequent trips to visit and check on our new home, we sold our home in Tucson, Arizona and moved to Mazatlán 7 months later.  Everything was new, exciting and challenging.  It was the challenges we experienced that showed us the need for the services that Watchful Eye / Gringo Assistant provides.  We are dedicated to helping new residents and homeowners make the transition to live in Mazatlán easier and worry free.
